Otto Graham was signed by Paul Brown in 1946 to play for the Cleveland Browns of the All-America Football Conference. Otto Graham was an enormous baby, weighing 14 pounds and 12 ounces when he was born on December 6, 1921 in Evanston, Illinois. (3) This was a sign of big things to come on the football field. He was about to take his place in history as one of the greatest quarterbacks to ever play professional football. He was ahead of his time as a passer, throwing for more touchdowns than interceptions, and as a field general, he led his team to 10 Championship Game’s in his 10 seasons.

The Cleveland Browns basically traded their draft away before it even happened. They acquired two defensive tackles in Williams and Rogers and last year Brady Quinn for their number one. With that said, the Browns looked to add a little depth.

Cleveland Browns 1948 - A Truly Perfect Season
With the New England Patriots having a perfect regular season, there has been a lot of talk lately about perfection and undefeated seasons. When those conversations come up, most mention the 1972 Miami Dolphins as the “only” team in NFL history to be perfect. During the 1972 season, the Dolphins finished the regular season 14-0 and then won all three playoff games including the Super Bowl to finish with a record of 17-0.
