    Keep getting better.

    That is the Indianapolis Colts' primary goal heading into Sunday's home game with the Baltimore Ravens at Lucas Oil Stadium.

    Indianapolis has gotten the 2008 season off to a rather sluggish 2-2 start, with both wins coming on the road. The Colts have battled back from early deficits in posting wins over Minnesota and Houston, but neither victory has come easy.

    "Two-and-two is .500 football. That's not where you want to be," quarterback Peyton Manning said this week. "We break (each season) into quarters and that's pretty average for the first quarter. The second quarter starts this week. We have a tremendous challenge with Baltimore and a tough schedule from here on out.

The Indianapolis Colts started play in Baltimore in 1953 after a failed NFL franchise that started in the AAFC in 1947 and folded after the 1950 season.  The Colts won “The Greatest Game Ever Played,” the 1958 NFL Championship Game against the New York Giants in an overtime thriller 23-17.
